Chateau Jacques Apartments was built with entertainment in mind! The Chateau was built with a New Orleans concept, like old European buildings versus regular everyday run of the mill apartments. In Europe most city centers have a grand plaza where the people go and hang out. In New Orleans all the nice French Quarter properties have a central court yard for entertainment and CJ was built with just 36 units, allowing for that atmosphere. For many years residents enjoyed the lifestyle until hurricane Katrina. In 2009 I decided that I would bring back the old concept and started remodeling the complex.

Chateau Jacques still has older residents who live here, but we are now looking for like-minded people that would like to live in a community where everyone is welcome and enjoy the type atmosphere that Chateau Jacques is meant to have. People, fun, relaxation,community spirit is always a great place to call home.
