Welcome to our cozy 1858 Victorian Italianate Bed and Breakfast located off beautiful Excelsior Bay of Lake Minnetonka, Minnesota. We are located on downtown Excelsior's Water Street, home to some of the Twin Cities most unique shopping and dining.

We are open year-round and offer five rooms with private baths, a lovely patio, gardens and gathering spaces. Each room is unique, but all feature one queen bed, central air, cable TV, free wi-fi, dvd player, complimentary snacks and beverages. Room rates vary.
