On the street, to “re-up” means to resupply a street intersection with more drugs for the dealers. After Michael Kaisaris threw his name into a lottery for one of Vancouver’s first street food licenses (and surprisingly won it), Re-Up BBQ food cart tirelessly supplied the street corners of Vancouver’s downtown financial district with addictive pulled pork and beef brisket sandwiches.

Since those humble beginnings, the team traded in their food cart for a small, counter service restaurant and commissary in New Westminster’s River Market. You can enjoy a meal in the market, overlooking the scenic Fraser River, or get take out and feast at home! Delivery orders for large groups, events and office parties are also available (see below for a pricing estimate and to get in touch).

Whenever the team has spare time, they make delicious, house-cured and smoked bacon for sale in-store. And, if you ask nicely, they may even bring their mobile BBQ trailer and kitchen to your backyard party.
