Francisco Cho, the owner, is a 3rd generation restauranteur and has also worked for several big asian chain restaurants throughout the States before embarking on what would be his very first restaurant. His culinary desires are ignited by a family trend that goes over three generations, with his grandfather owning a restaurant in Hong Kong for the past 5 decades.
