My name is Rogelio and I am the Chef/Owner of Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant. I was born and raised in Puebla, Mexico. I immigrated to American, with big dreams of opening a restaurant. I started working at Westmont dinner as a boss-boy. Customers were always impressed by the way I treated them; they were like family to me. I was always known by “Rios”; from that point on I began my long journey. I started working at Adelphia’s as a cook, I learned a lot and I gained experience in Greece cuisine. I was offered a job in Villa Barone, my knowledge of food increased and I decided from there that I was ready. In November 2008, my wife Paulina and I opened Fiesta Mexicana Restaurant in Haddontownship, NJ. We thank the community for welcoming us!
