Oyster Bar is a fine European seafood bar featuring oysters, salmon, caviar and champagne.
Located in the newly refurbished Customs House along the Marina Bay, the Oyster Bar is housed in a standalone glass house that overlooks the Marina Bay waterfront.
Dominating the classy and stylish interior of the Oyster Bar is a large bar with an open concept kitchen and beverage area, where guests can witness the fine culinary work of our chefs and mixologist upclose and personal.
Oyster Bar's cuisine is rustic and maintains its integrity by using only the best produce available - oysters are flown in mostly from France and served freshly shucked upon order, we make our own sundried tomatoes using organic tomatoes, we use New Zealand barn eggs and are one of the very few places to use organic garlic - to name a few. We accept only the freshest seasonal produce - we do not have freezers in the kitchen, and all our produce have never been frozen.
As part of our efforts to participate in marine life conservation, Oyster Bar does not serve any seafood items listed as 'Avoid' under WWF's 'Choose Sustainable Seafood' program.
