IZ4 jewellery studio brings together the latest technology of 3D printing in precious metals with the genuine creativity and craftsmanship powered by 3D modelling tools. The miniature wearable art work is often inspired by natural forms, composed of rigorous complex geometry and suggesting a possible coherent anatomy and yet unlike anything in our ecosystem.

Iza Grunberg is a jewellery designer living and working in Berlin, creating explorative, innovative, beautiful objects working in new processes combining observation, computer assisted modelling and bespoke 3D printing. Before setting up her own studio, Iza developed similar processes working with artist Wim Delvoye developing his world-famous, large scale pieces for institutions like the Louvre (Paris), Sperone Westwater (New York), MONA (Tasmania).

The studio exists to explore possibilities around the production of precious objects using digital tools in a process that is thoroughly artisanal. The work references the forms of geometries of nature while touching the limits of what is possible technologically. Pieces are offered in limited edition. Bespoke pieces are possible by commission.

Iza's studio is just north of Mauerpark, in the district of Prenzlauer Berg. This former "Death Zone" of the Berlin wall, has become a hangout for the young alternative scene of Berlin, attracting musicians, basketball players, hawkers and improvised nightlife -- it has also become notorious for the Walpurgis Night riots in recent years.

Address: Malmöer Straße 26, 10439 Berlin, Germany
