In the early Spring of 2014 on a Saturday afternoon, Pete Grumbles, Jeff Marchetta, Michael & Lee Quessenberry were at a fateful meeting in downtown Memphis. While drinking beer and discussing BBQ at the Kooky Canuck, two needs were identified. Pete & Jeff wanted a dedicated BBQ store where you could find great bbq sauce, great bbq tools & great smokers alongside tasty cuts of meat. Michael & Lee had the greatest bbq sauces & rubs in the Mid-South, but needed a facility to produce & distribute their masterpieces. In a eureka moment, Bluff City BBQ Supply was born.
