We're fully committed to three things: Fairness for farmers, respect for the environment, and fantastic teas at good prices for our friends here in North America and all over the world.

Our teas are grown on small family farms high in the mountains of Taiwan. They are hand picked, processed and packaged by real people who are paid a fair price for their labor and expertise. We acquire these teas through connections made over many years and hope that you will enjoy them as much as we do! Our teas are not certified organic. This process is lengthy and expensive for our farmers to undergo. However, they assure me that they use no pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Like us, the local Taiwanese market doesn't want anything in their tea except TEA. If you are a tea drinker, PLEASE know where your tea comes from.
