Westvleteren 12 for sale

"Westvleteren 12" is one of the world's best and most elusive Trappist beers. It's been rated several times as the number one beer in the world by Ratebeer.com. This is an elusive beer because it's normally not commercially available. It can normally only be bought directly from the abbey where the monks produce this beer and it's very difficult to make an appointment.

In addition to the famed "Westvleteren 12" (a quadruple beer), the monks also produce a lighter blonde beer (the "6") and also an 8° degree beer. Both of those are excellent as well. The taste of the Westvleteren 12 is comparable to other quads or dark Trappist beers but it excels in taste and is widely regarded to be the best of the bunch.
